Build scikit-hep/fastjet from the v3.5.1.4 checkout (with its FastJet, SISCone and fastjet-contrib submodules) on the riscv64 runner, following upstream's wheels.yml: cibuildwheel with upstream's own before-all (Boost 1.88 headers, CGAL 6.0.1) and FASTJET_ENABLE_CGAL=ON, and upstream's pytest suite with the test extra. Carry a licence patch: the wheel ships FastJet, SISCone and the fastjet-contrib libraries and compiles CGAL and Boost headers in, but upstream only packages its own BSD-3-Clause LICENSE.

The cp314t leg installed dask/dask-awkward through the wheel's `dask` extra and distributed through CIBW_TEST_REQUIRES. cibuildwheel runs those as two separate pip invocations, so the second one picked distributed 2026.8.0, upgraded dask to 2026.8.0 and broke dask-awkward 2026.2.1 (requires dask<2025.4.0): test_008-dask.py failed with "Cannot fuse tasks with multiple outputs". The other legs resolve upstream's `test` extra in one go and get dask/distributed 2025.3.1. List dask, dask-awkward and distributed together in test-requires so pip honours dask-awkward's pin.
