Compiles the Cython bindings and the vendored libssh 0.11.1 C library. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors upstream's .circleci/config.yml manylinux and test jobs.

Differs from upstream

  • OpenSSL and krb5 from Rocky 10 dnf instead of source builds - OpenSSL's source build fails on riscv64.
  • libssh built by setup.py's embedded build instead of preinstalled in a custom image - same tree, same cmake flags.

Testing

  • tests/ and setup.cfg staged away from the checkout so the wheel is imported, not ssh/.
  • Upstream's ci/integration_tests (needs a live sshd) not run, as in upstream's wheel jobs.

License: Wheel bundles libssh (LGPL-2.1), keyutils-libs (LGPL-2.1), OpenSSL (Apache-2.0) and the krb5 libraries (MIT); upstream ships no licence text for them, so the build adds it.
