The nightly-upgrade bot bumped docs/packages/pyvips-binary.yaml to 8.18.7 without creating a matching patches/pyvips-binary/8.18.7/ directory, so both the libvips-build and vendored-sources-collection jobs' 'git apply' steps failed with no matching file. Carrying forward the same patch(es) (0001-0004) from 8.18.6/ unchanged; CI will confirm they still apply cleanly against the v8.18.7 tags of both libvips-packaging and pyvips-binary.
…ownload_vips() Upstream reordered download_vips()'s first two statements between 8.18.6 and 8.18.7 (osname/arch split now comes before the headers dict, not after), so the carried-forward patch's 3-line trailing context no longer matched and 'git apply' failed at scripts/download-vips.py:92. Anchor the insertion to the preceding get_win32() function and the def line instead, which are unchanged; the inserted LIBVIPS_TARBALL short-circuit itself is untouched. Verified against the real v8.18.7 tag.
