fatfs-ng (github.com/Jason2866/pyfatfs) is a Cython wrapper around ChaN's FatFs, a portable C FAT filesystem library with no architecture-specific code; the port needed no patches. Mirrors upstream's own cibuildwheel-based deploy.yaml, narrowed to manylinux_riscv64: build from a checkout of the v0.1.15 tag with CYTHONIZE=1 and cython installed via CIBW_BEFORE_BUILD, same as upstream does for its own wheels. Matrix is cp39-cp314 (cp38 dropped: not shipped by the manylinux_2_39_riscv64 image; cp314t dropped: upstream doesn't build it either). Test command deselects 4 of test_esp32_wl.py's tests that fail identically on every platform (verified on x86_64): a pre-existing upstream bug where ESP32WearLeveling never sets self.wl_state_size/wl_temp_size in __init__.
