@eshattow thanks for posting. We've got psutil wheels in the RISE registry for a few versions, including 7.2.2. You can install them like:
pip install psutil --index-url https://pypi.riseproject.dev/simple/
or
uv pip install psutil --index-url https://pypi.riseproject.dev/simple/
