• board themes, shared by terminal and web a theme is now three colors (light squares, dark squares, walls) in render/boards.go and BOARDS in web/play.js; the terminal derives the rest. ten boards, including tokyo-night from Add Tokyo Night terminal theme #6. tests keep every board readable against the figures at 24-bit and 256 colors, and keep the two lists in sync.
• terminal home screen watch, learn and leaderboard in the top bar are selectable (w, L, arrows, clicks). on a big terminal, esc from online screens goes back to the home grid.
• server stats, nothing personal kept a stats log line every 10 minutes (online, peak, web/terminal/ssh, matches) and rfog stats for daily counts from the existing tables. no new tables.
• link previews og.png and open graph tags, so shared links show a card.
• docs README, manual and changelog describe 1v1 only (team modes marked experimental in the terminal). docs: add development setup instructions #7's setup steps moved into Build and test. PR template and a "show it" rule in CONTRIBUTING (screenshots for visual changes).
• README screenshots moved to rfog-org/.github/assets/.
