Approving release. The cargo-semver-checks 'breaking change' findings on resq-cli (HooksCommands variant additions, removal of orphaned lqip/cost/tree-shake commands) are intentional and tracked back to PRs #60/#61/#74. The 0.2.6 → 0.3.0 bump is correct semver. Other crates are patch-only.
