This is a PoC in its current state.

It only changes:

• package type for module: ts and node sees it as esm package
• change directory imports by filename (e.g. from "@/components/Alert" become "@/components/Alert/index.js"
• add file extension to all files to let use raw tsc command without using any other transpilers (babel/swc, …)

Currently the transitives are suffering of the same issue, so there is still work to do:

So far I just noticed that https://www.npmjs.com/package/tsc-alias can inject file extensions automatically:

resolveFullPaths: true

[edit]: but typecheck won't allow missing file extension in import/export instructions by default :(
