The Triage smoke test requests no change, so setup never showed Spec-to-PR or PR Reviewer. Add an optional runbook step that walks a small request through each stage, or through factory:autopilot, and link it from the quickstart. The setup runbook ends with a Triage smoke test that requests no change, so users never see Spec-to-PR or PR Reviewer work. This adds an optional step after the smoke test, following the issue's suggestion.
