TypeScript 5.9.3 → 7.0.2 is a big jump (skipping the entire 6.x line) and fails 7 of 8 CI checks — this needs real investigation into what broke, not a blind merge. Closing for now; happy to see this revisited as deliberate upgrade work with the actual compile errors triaged, rather than merged as-is.
