In order to use the Quantified Self tracker app, follow the following steps :

1. Create a python virtual env in a terminal using the "python -m venv app" command.
2. Activate the virtual env by entering "{the location of the venv}/Scripts/Activate/ps1" command.
3. Install the required libraries by using the "pip install -r requirements.txt" command. 
   The requirements.txt file is provided.

4. Run the app.py file in the terminal.
5. The terminal will display some lines. One of which will be like: 
  *Running on 'https//121.0.0.5000'
6. Copy the given address in the browser and the web app can be used on the Local Machine.
