Conversation
Pure Rust Win32/GDI installer after the Redrob design system; embeds the signed app, writes the Settings > Apps entry and shortcuts, and is its own uninstaller. package.ps1 builds and signs it next to the portable zip; check-asset-names accepts the -setup.exe as a human-only asset.
…eature for RegCreateKeyExW

redrob-shape-<version>-windows-<arch>-setup.exe: a pure-Rust (Win32/GDI) per-user installer/uninstaller in the Redrob design (apps/redrob-shape-setup), signed with Artifact Signing, next to the portable zip. Dry run 38711991909 built and signed both arches. Runtime on a Windows desktop is not yet verified from this host.
