The first run of realadvisor-upstream rebased onto probod/v0.301.0 and pushed fine, then failed on the follow-up dispatches:

HTTP 404: workflow realadvisor-ci.yml not found on the default branch (https://api.github.com/repos/getprobo/probo/actions/workflows/realadvisor-ci.yml)

The job adds an upstream git remote for getprobo/probo, and gh resolves a remote named upstream by preference, so every gh call targeted the wrong repository. All gh calls now pass --repo "${{ github.repository }}".

The job adds an "upstream" remote for getprobo/probo, and gh resolves
that remote by name, so the CI and image dispatches after a successful
rebase hit the wrong repository and failed with 404. Pass --repo on
every gh call.
