please add packageType service to bolt make command.

Problem/Opportunity

When I set the value of packageType as service, I am getting "Invalid config" error. Looks like we are not considering all packageTypes in validate method. Can you help?

Steps to reproduce

try bolt make with a packageType service.

The package should be built
