Authorized certificate maintenance for rayalex.cn. GitHub HTTPS eligibility is now true after a bounded DNS-only window, but no origin certificate is provisioned. The Pages API cannot reset CNAME because main is protected. This PR temporarily removes only CNAME through the required verify check; a paired restoration PR will restore its exact original bytes. No branch protection bypass, paid services, application changes, or account-data writes. Cloudflare proxy rollback watchdog is active. Do not leave this intermediate state deployed.
