Scope

Preserve homepage appearance while showing a maintenance dialog from login and AI entrypoints. Block authentication submissions, model calls and microphone capture from the retired UI. Preserve historical data and shared account/game services.

Verification

  • 57 frontend unit tests and site checks passed locally.
  • Maintenance UI passed desktop, 390x844, 320x568 and 844x390 touch viewports, unchanged homepage geometry, focus restoration and zero mutation/model requests.
  • Existing authentication/media regression remains covered through an isolated test-only response fixture.
  • Fix Chrome 154 SW-upgrade test initiation using an uncontrolled client; retain takeover, cache cleanup, offline assertions and original timeout.
  • Required verify CI must pass before merge.

Private backend retirement is released separately with binding and source drift verification. No database migration or user-data deletion.
