Add the RawTree favicon and tidy stat card comparisons - #2

- Use the RawTree favicon, SVG icon, and Apple touch icon. - Replace the inline "vs previous period" text with a dotted-underlined change that explains itself on hover or focus, so cards no longer wrap. - Reserve room for stat card sparklines so they never sit under the text. - Replace native title tooltips with a small viewport-clamped tooltip. - Refresh the sign-in preview screenshot with new sample data. Summary
Release polish for the dashboard: the RawTree favicon, and stat cards and chart headers that no longer wrap or overlap.
Changes
app/favicon.ico,app/icon.svg,app/apple-icon.png: the RawTree icons from rawtree-platform, picked up by Next.js file-based metadata.components/charts.tsx: the "vs previous period" text is gone from stat cards and chart headers. The change value has a dotted underline and explains itself on hover or focus. Stat cards reserve space for the sparkline so it never sits under the text.components/tooltip.tsx: a small hover and focus tooltip, fixed-positioned and clamped to the viewport so card overflow never clips it.InfoTipnow uses it instead of the nativetitle, which wasn't showing.public/overview.jpg: sign-in preview retaken with fresh sample data.Test plan
