Prepare CLI v0.7.2 after the S3 API changes merged in #59. This is a patch release as requested. Only the package version and matching lockfile entry change.

Validation:

• 230 CLI tests passed on the same source before this version-only correction; formatting passes.
• P3 autoreview with thermo-nuclear criteria is clean.
• rtree --version reports 0.7.2.
• dist plan --tag v0.7.2 succeeds and includes all five supported target platforms.
• Live Platform validation: storage identity, data/API-key flow and logout pass. Four existing workflow cases fail with HTTP 422 because the CLI still sends the old top-level enabled/interval_seconds contract, while Platform expects nested schedule with cron. Release scope is pending a decision on that incompatibility; no tag has been pushed.
