Summary

• unify the toolbar and blank-tab shell under one stable behind-window material, removing the toolbar/page seam and large Liquid Glass refraction artifacts
• keep Regular Liquid Glass for compact panels while switching toolbar, tabs, palette, downloads, find, hover cards, and HUD controls to semantic foreground colors
• shorten and harden loaded/blank tab transitions so rapid switching reuses the in-flight veil without a black handoff frame
• refine find-in-page controls with matching arrow icons and keep the overlay above windowed CEF content

Testing

• cmake --build build
• git diff --check origin/main...HEAD
• manual macOS 26 visual smoke test over mixed backgrounds
• rapid loaded/blank tab switching
• no automated CTest tests are registered
