Removes only
TestRefusalCarriesChallengeMarker, whose assertion is already covered by the bidirectional anti-spoofing response-header test. The exhaustive 1,008-shape navigation/injection agreement matrix, negative injection cases, one-way asymmetry test, and end-to-end renewal table all remain.Verification:
make check.
