- add function-valued interventions to check_edp() values
- add a pull_plot_data() accessor returning what each EDP view draws
- make the EDP boxplot the default view and add a density view
- add pull_plot_data() methods for the remaining diagnostics
- draw the diagnostic histograms in the stock ggplot2 appearance
- document function interventions and the EDP plot views
