Description
This PR updates the links in the README with new paths inside this repo.
Furthermore, it removes all parameters that we have chosen for "128-bit security". These were generated in a poor way back in the day. Instead, we should rather let users of this crate make their own choice about their security guarantees and possible trade-offs and not influence by giving a predefined set of parameters.
