Freezes the unchanged PyStatsV1 0.26.0 psych-design candidate after fresh native-Ubuntu and Windows 11 WSL2 installed-wheel proofs.
All ten Python and independent R workflows, verification receipts, figures and reviewer packets are compared. PNG renderer bytes may differ, but scientific bindings and semantics must match.
This PR does not create v0.26.0, publish to PyPI, edit the portal or book, or authorize real data.
