Builds the non-public PyStatsV1 0.26.0 psych-design companion release candidate. Includes all ten synthetic SWL studies, visible Python scripts, independent R verification, deterministic asset packaging, launcher commands, reviewer packets, mutation tests, and closed publication/portal/book/real-data gates. No book or portal files are changed.
