Remove the documentation of the releaser action, removed in v7.0.0

Documentation

• The page Releaser (doc/Action/Releaser.rst) is removed: the action releaser was removed in v7.0.0
  (69f7689, "Removed releaser."), only its documentation remained.
  • doc/index.rst: the toctree entry Action/Releaser.
  • doc/Action/Actions.rst: the Deprecated block, which listed only the releaser.
• with-post-step: the example pushes ghcr.io/pytooling/example instead of ghcr.io/pytooling/releaser.
• with-post-step itself stays: an independent action, maintained (Node.js 24 since 2026-04).

Tests

• Local HTML build with pyTooling.Sphinx dev: no reference to the removed page; the one warning
  (mermaid_cmd_shell has type bool) exists on dev as well.

Others

• The version branches r6 to r9 still carry the example pyTooling/Actions/releaser@r4 in their copy of the page
  (written by hand into r6, merged into r9 by Updating r9 from v9.0.0 #302's resolution). The next release's version-branch update removes
  it from r9.
