Add orientation to Calibration dialog, and other small fixes

• Add scan rotation and transpose to the Calibrate dialog
• Better automatic positioning of detectors (they generally default to the center of the view now)
• Raw binary mode for tooltip, gated behind feature flag in the config file and activated by holding Ctrl
• Changes to when/where scalebars are defined. This is a temporary change. This change allows for plugins to set the virtual image and diffraction pattern to have different sizes and pixel spacing than the underlying dataset. This behavior is strongly discouraged, and will be modified in a future release.
