The first-run release gate reached Laravel and failed because it ran pam dev without the generated pam.php entrypoint. Pass each starter’s documented entrypoint: index.php for raw and HTTP, pam.php for Laravel. The raw starter passed locally with the explicit entrypoint; shell syntax, diff checks and release tag metadata passed. The Laravel entrypoint is documented in docs/laravel.md and emitted by pam init.
