The first-run gate launches PAM and its Native CLI child. Terminate the whole process group after each starter so the UI starter can bind the hot reload port. Validated Core and UI starter gates sequentially on an Android emulator; both rendered the expected app and port 39100 was free between runs. Also validated shell syntax and release tag metadata.
