Summary

Integrate Android and UIKit input, layout, accessibility, responsive grid and child-visibility fixes from the development branch.
Make the Composer package self-locating, fetch the exact versioned Android renderer with checksum verification, and reuse a shared Gradle cache.
Certify a clean candidate Composer installation against the exact Android renderer artifact plus the published Native UI package.
Prepare PAM Native 1.0.30.
