ymf2xmf: cherry-pick collections, fields and steps; --show; an interactive prompt - #21

…ctive prompt select_domain(domain, collections=, fields=, steps=) in the archive core is a copy holding only the chosen time collections (by name or part of one), the chosen fields on every grid, and the chosen steps (Python indices and slices: -1, 0:10, ::5). A name that matches nothing is refused with what the archive holds. ymf2xmf gains -c/--collection, -f/--field, -s/--steps for it, --show to describe the archive and convert nothing, and -i to be asked. The description numbers the collections and lists every field any step carries. The .ymf is never changed; the .xmf describes the part asked for, which is what a viewer opening one space, one field or one instant of a long run wants.
