feat(plugin): add durable multimodel orchestration

Summary

• align all alpha packages with OpenCode 1.18.15 and separate server/TUI entrypoints
• add durable SQLite-backed fleets, collaboration runs, workflow execution, recovery, retention, and worktree isolation
• add native SINGLE/TEAM/WORKFLOW composer routing, dashboards, confined script workflows, and expanded control tools
• update alpha documentation and release metadata for 0.2.0-alpha.0

• five authenticated Codex CLI live tests
