feat(seo): add lastmod to the sitemap - #25

Gives Search Console a recrawl signal for the landing page, which changed on 2026-08-30. Also records why the hash routes are absent: /#/editor, /#/docs and /#/embed are the same URL as / to a crawler, so listing them would only produce duplicate-URL reports. mindmaply.appwill only ever report/and/privacy/. A prerendered static/docs/index.html(like/privacy/already is) would fix it. Not in scope here.Pairs with productscalexyz/mindmaply-api#8, which gives the Worker a real robots.txt pointing at this sitemap.
