Summary
Add a --json CLI flag for machine-readable answer and source output.

Changes
Added --json to emit { "answer": ..., "sources": [...] }.
Preserved existing human-readable output by default.
Added pytest coverage for JSON output.
Documented the flag in the README.
Validation
JSON CLI smoke test passed.
Python compilation passed.
Full pytest suite was not run because pytest is not installed in the active environment.
