### Description - Add a local Python detector reporting `__username_length` and a package requiring `__username_length >=10`. - Resolve detector dependencies from the environment's channels, while keeping the detector pinned to its registering channel. - Document publishing, registration, trust, installation, and overrides. Add tests for channel order and detector origin in `info`, `install`, and `exec`.
