πŸ“¦ Backend Setup (blog_backend)

  1. Navigate to the backend folder:

    cd blog_backend
    
  2. Install dependencies: npm install

  3. Create a .env file in the root of blog_backend with the following content: DB_HOST=localhost DB_USER=your_mysql_username DB_PASSWORD=your_mysql_password DB_NAME=blog_platform PORT=5000

4.Start the backend server: node server.js nodemon server.js (using nodemon)

πŸ“¦ frontend Setup (blog_client)

  1. Navigate to the frontend folder:

    cd blog_client
    
  2. Install dependencies: npm install

  3. Start the frontend server: If using Create React App: npm start Opens at: http://localhost:3000 If using Vite: npm run dev Opens at: http://localhost:5173
