Git repositories for course material

Materials for the course are hosted on GitHub. The main repository is at https://github.com/pmagwene/Bio723. The main repository includes PDFs of lecture slides (and the LaTeX files used to generate them) and data sets. Most of the hands-on material is hosted on the associated wiki (what you're reading right now). Just like the main repository, the wiki is also kept in a git repository and all materials can be download via the git clone command using the address listed in the link on the right hand side of this page.
