What's Changed

• Splits the projectManagement backend service into three optional services, so a backend can offer project deletion without unlocking, starring or watching:
  • projectManagement: deleting a project
  • projectUnlock: the locked project's Unlock button
  • projectFollowing: the star button and the Watch menu item
• A backend lists any of them in config.unsupported to disable those controls; the default backend supplies all three, so nothing changes for it.

Smoke test

1. Open the projects page: starring and unstarring a project updates its star count.
2. Open a project's row menu and choose Watch, then Stop watching: the menu item toggles.
3. Open a locked project's settings as its owner and click Unlock: the project unlocks.
4. Delete a project from its settings: it is removed from the list.
5. Add projectFollowing and projectUnlock to config.unsupported: the star button, Watch and Unlock are disabled while Delete Project still works.
