The Easy Lens team let us know that Easy Lens Web Lenses now support leaderboards and saved progress, and that Bitmoji support is still in progress. This updates the Snapchat Web Lenses post to match:

  • The Easy Lens note now says its games support leaderboards and saved progress, with Bitmoji on the way (it previously said none of the three were available)
  • The intro to the PlayCanvas build guide no longer pitches leaderboards and storage as PlayCanvas-only; it now reads "full control over your game, plus every Web Lens API feature, including Bitmoji"

Smoke test

  1. Open /snapchat-now-supports-playcanvas-games and scroll to "Create a Game in Minutes With Easy Lens". The note mentions leaderboards and saved progress as supported and Bitmoji as on the way.
  2. The paragraph under "Build Your Own Game With PlayCanvas" mentions "every Web Lens API feature, including Bitmoji".
