TUI (with scriptable --txt/--json modes) for parsing and inspecting OpenPGP packets per RFC 4880/9580. Test feeds a real armored ed25519 key and asserts packet structure, identity, and the computed v4 fingerprint. Built and tested on darwin/aarch64; built on linux/aarch64 via docker.
