Resizing the Usage limits page hid the account label in wide single-account bars while the compact legend still showed it. Always render the account name in wide bars, preserving the existing single-account percentage behavior.

Fixes #32525

Validation: reproduced and verified in the real web client with test-t3-app and the shared preview browser at 800×800 and 1280×800 using a temporary synthetic single-account fixture. The fixture was removed before checks and commit. No tests added for this visual fix. vp run check:changed passed.

Web and desktop share this component. Mobile uses a separate layout that already shows the account. Provider and connection handling are unchanged.

Wide, 1280×800 Before wide After wide

Add a regression test for the account label.

The existing browser test covers the external usage card, not a pool segment. Add a single-account case that fails on the base and checks label visibility in compact and wide layouts.
