Invalidate the Android title measurement when the row or typography changes.
androidTitleLineHeightinitializes once and stores only a number. Recycling can leave the previous row's measurement in state. AbaseFontSizeorfontScalechange can leave the previous typography measurement in state. The stale value controls the project-iconheightand status/providerminHeightuntil a new layout callback runs.Store the measurement with the current row identity and effective typography inputs. Fall back to the current estimate when they differ. This also prevents a delayed callback from an older row from restoring stale state.
