Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Disable the primary action while loading.

If a caller sets loading without disabled, this control reports a busy state but still accepts onPress. Repeated presses can start the action again. Derive the primary control’s visual, accessibility, and Pressable disabled states from props.disabled || props.loading, as the Android implementation and Button do. The current merge-controls caller sets both states while busy, so this affects other uses of the shared component. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @apps/mobile/src/components/ui/SplitButton.tsx at line 18:
Update the primary control in SplitButton so its visual, accessibility, and
Pressable disabled states all derive from props.disabled || props.loading;
loading alone must prevent onPress while preserving the busy accessibility
state.
