Configure the deep tier with
LLM_MODEL_DEEP=openai/gpt-6-astra-high. The router selects the Responses API and sends the base Astra model withreasoning.effort=highfor subscription and API-key requests. Explicit provider routing also works when the main tier uses another provider.Adds model metadata and regression coverage for routing, effort overrides, streaming request shape, and unsupported sampling parameters.
Validation: formatting; complete root test suite with no default features; all 148 vendored adapter tests; release security and binary-attestation checks; all 77 security policy regression cases. The published branch matches the locally tested tree.
