feat(claude): pin Fable advisor and a chezmoi init soft_deny in both modes - #250

…modes /advisor fable now works on the business machine through the gateway, so pin advisorModel to fable without the personal-only gate. Leaving it gated meant chezmoi apply dropped the setting on business machines. Add autoMode.soft_deny for chezmoi init without an isolated XDG_CONFIG_HOME: it rewrites the real chezmoi.yaml even with --dry-run.
