Once the converted CASH lands on People, the core credits it through the host's
TopUpPlatform, as getcash does: the deposit account's key as aPrivateKeysource, the landed CASH rounded down to the claim unit, the account as the first top-up id and a derived id per retry, up to three attempts. A finalized claim ends the sessionDelivered; if nothing claims it in time, the session fails with the CASH still on the account.The top-ups are made as
fund.<suffix>, so products under that name can no longer start or follow top-ups.Part of #1177, #1178
