ci(android): publish the vanilla nightly APK and keep fixed download links - #1172

The nightly builds both flavours in one Gradle run, checks each is signed by the expected key, attaches app-vanilla-nightly.apk to the prerelease beside app-gp-nightly.apk, reads both back, and links both from the announcement. App Distribution still gets the gp flavour only.
Every nightly on main also uploads both APKs to a nightly-android release, so the latest build is always at the same two URLs, and the run downloads them back through those URLs to confirm they serve tonight's files.

…with each build gp builds first and vanilla second, so a vanilla failure leaves gp's delivery and prerelease untouched; every later step publishes only what built, and the announcement says when vanilla is missing. The nightly-android tag now follows each night's commit. The README no longer says nightly APKs cannot be attached to a release.

The Android nightly now publishes the vanilla APK, the flavour without Google Play services, next to the gp one on each nightly prerelease, and links both from the announcement.
