Closing at the user’s request. Existing native integration belongs in #540 (feat/pvm-app-runtime); do not maintain a parallel PR against main for runtime-pin follow-ups. Browser Zed does not depend on this PR. The obsolete branch will be deleted. |

Pins runtime 08cb7401087f8b715dc4f1be0007753caa4bd7c2 from paritytech/polkavm-host-runtime#55. Supports registered offscreen color attachments needed by GPUI without changing application ABI 1. Cargo check -p truapi-polkavm-host passes. Removes a source-string assertion; real dependency composition is verified by compiling it. This source pin does not republish or alter existing Swift/Android artifact attestations.
