Pins the core runtime and embedded browser assets to 654c5ed56d5d0a08b435391aa50fc5529985be41 (polkavm-host-runtime PR 47). Preserves the bridge-owned integration boundary and existing large-game asset support. Verified both bridge tests and the asset exporter; exported Wasm and worker hashes match the reproducible runtime package. Native API unchanged. Stacked on PR 614; deployment remains in the Westendli host integration.
