What happened?
dotns register domain with no --name silently generates a random label and immediately starts the commit-reveal, spending the commit fee and (if left alone) the full registration price on a throwaway name. Reproduced with 0.9.0: a bare register domain invocation generated 90or4t8ufyo22 and went straight to submitting the commitment, no prompt.
Expected behavior
A missing --name should either be an error or require explicit confirmation before spending; random-label generation can stay behind a flag for test tooling.
