Summary
wipeOriginStatenow carries the theme across the reset itself, replacing the snapshot blocks each caller used to repeat. A caller that forgot silently changed the visitor's colour scheme.smoldot.activegauge reports one point per live light client, so summing it over a time bucket gives the number running. It has to be a heartbeat because nothing fires when a tab or worker dies.
